1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing the AI Workflows Bundle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement is between you and Sofiane Larbaouri.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product and immediate access to all templates, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We enforce a strict no-refund policy to protect our intellectual property and prevent fraud. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to a refund.

3. Limited Commercial License

You are granted a non-exclusive, limited commercial license.
You MAY:

• Use the workflows for your own personal or business operations.
• Implement and run these workflows to provide services to your clients (Agency use).

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or repackage the templates or workflows as standalone products.
• Claim the original templates as your own intellectual property.

4. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries and handle returns regarding the transaction.
